Mr. Anirban Majumdar brings 28 years of extensive experience, spanning across diverse functions such as Sales and Learning & Development, with exposure to multiple industries like pharmaceuticals, insurance, microfinance, and the development sector. In the field of Learning & Development, he has focused on enhancing organizational capability through strategic training initiatives. For the past 10 years, Anirban has held the position of Head of Learning & Development, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing L&D strategies at a leadership level. His primary areas of expertise include developing employee capabilities, identifying and nurturing talent, and crafting effective training programs to foster organizational growth and innovation.

Mr. Avinash Tiwari has more than 18 years of versatile experience in IT Infrastructure & operations. Having worked across different industries such as IT services, gaming, LPO, and Captive Finance, he has been associated with Midland Credit Management, headed the Global Infrastructure & operations for UnitedLex, worked with Aristocrat Technologies, and in the Indian IT service industry with TCS, iGATE, and CMS.

Mr. Bikram Mishra comes with 26+ years of experience in the Banking, NBFC & Microfinance industries and has performed various roles in the areas of Business HR, Organization Development, HR Operations & Shared Services, HR Technology & Strategy, Talent Engagement and Employee experience. He has played strategic leadership roles in major organizations such as National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), HCL Technologies, Standard Chartered Bank, Wipro Financial Services, Equitas Bank and Asirvad Microfinance. He is an IIT Kharagpur alumni with MBA in HR & Systems and Technical graduate from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad.

Mr. Divaker Jha is an MBA graduate from MANAGE, Hyderabad having 13 years of experience in Product Management & Process re-engineering. He has led multiple strategic projects encompassing Digital interventions and automation for streamlining business process and enhancing operational efficiency. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), PSPO certified and Six Sigma (Green Belt) holder. Prior to Spandana, he has worked with Capri Global Capital Ltd, Satin Credit Care, YES Bank, Fullerton India and FINO Payments Bank.

Mr. Jiten Bhojani has over 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, channel management, team building and handling large distribution sales force across geographies. Prior to joining Spandana, Mr. Jiten was associated with organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Idea Cellular and Vodafone Idea Ltd. He is an MBA from RD Gardi Business School and has an engineering degree from Gujarat University.

Mr. Keshav Nayak has nearly a decade of rich experience in handling operations in microfinance industry. He has built & handled large teams and managed profitable lending portfolios. His previous organisations include Bharat Financial Inclusion and Satin Credit Care. He has done his B-tech (Agricultural engineering) from Jabalpur, MP and MBA – ICAR NAARM in Hyderabad.

Mahesh Halemane has 17 years of professional experience working across various financial products, including Retail Assets and Collections, Insurance, MFI and Cross-Selling of products and services. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Mahesh was associated with Aye Finance, IDFC First Bank, L&T Finance, KBS Bank Ltd and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Mr. Mahesh is an MBA from Vijayanagara Institute of Management Studies which was affiliated to Gulbarga University.

Mr. Nikhilesh Jain is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having 15 years of experience in Fund raise and ALM Management and Business Planning and Forcasting. He has worked with PWC, Manappuram Finance Ltd, Asirvad Microfinance Ltd and Bandhan Bank Ltd in the field of Finance and Fund raise and portfolio assessment. Prior to Spandana, he has worked with Bandhan bank as Head of NBFC Portfolio and was Deputy CFO is Asirvad Microfinance Ltd and was responsible for raising fund, Alco management, credit rating and planning and forecasting.

Mr. Omkar Namdev has been working with Spandana Sphoorty for the last 14 years and has honed skills in business expansion, building & handling large teams and managing a profitable lending portfolio. He has done a B.Com degree.

Mr. Radhakrishna Venkkataia Eale comes with 25+ years of experience in HR Operations within Microfinance industry. He has handled HR Business Operations, Recruitment, Statutory & Labour compliances, Training and Development, Grievance Management & Office Administration. His last job was with Muthoot Microfin Ltd as Head HRBP handling PAN India HR Team. In the past he has also worked with Satin Credit Care, Fullerton India & Share Microfin Ltd.

Mr. Rohan Mukherjee has over 10 years of experience in handling large teams & managing a profitable portfolio in the Microfinance Industry. Prior to joining, he was in a senior management role at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited handling Distribution, Two Wheeler Financing, Digital Collection initiatives, Cashless Disbursements & Consumer Durable loans. He has done his MBA from XISS, Ranchi & B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from AIT, Kolkata.

Mr. Sanjaya Kumar Sahoo has over 17 years of extensive experience in the Microfinance industry. He has worked across operations, credit assessment and has been an integral part of the team responsible for business expansion in his earlier assignments. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Sanjaya was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (BFIL). At BFIL he was part of a team that implemented cashless disbursement – one of the first large microfinance players to do so.

Mr. Srikanth Kalagoni has over 20 years of extensive experience in the Microfinance industry. He has worked across operations, credit assessment and in business expansions. Having experience in the areas of MIS, Business Planning, Budget controlling, Incentives and KRA design. Prior to joining Spandana, Mr. Srikanth was associated with organizations like Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and Samrat Solutions Private Limited (Service provider for ICICI Bank Limited). He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Diploma in Computer Applications.

Mr. Sudarshan Patil brings with him more than 8 years of experience in Microfinance Business, Liability sales and operations, with expertise in Business planning and Team Management. He was previously associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd as the State Business Head in Maharashtra. Sudarshan has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Agricultural Engineering and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri Business Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management Pune.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Yadav has 17+ years of experience in the areas of Microfinance, liabilities, Retail & Financial services having worked with Bharat financial inclusion limited as GM-Operations. He is current the SVP – Operations for North region.

Mr. Vimesh Shah has 29 Years of Professional Experience working across Various Sectors like FMCG – Distributions, Telecom sector, Electrical products & Micro Finance Sector. Prior to Spandana Mr. Vimesh was Associated with Havells India, Idea Cellular, Gillette India and Dabur. Mr. Vimesh has completed his Graduation with Specialization in Marketing from M.S.University of Baroda followed by An Executive Program in Business Management from IIM – Calcutta.

Mr. Vijay Bhasker Majeti holds a master’s degree in law having over 17 years of experience in the areas of Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions predominantly in microfinance and BFSI sector. Prior to Spandana he was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly known as SKS Microfinance Limited) and Karvy Computershare Private Limited. He was part of the IPO team handling the due diligence of SKS Microfinance from Secretarial and worked on activities like ESOPs and QIP’s. In his last assignment with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited he was into core Legal and Compliance function handling Litigation, Contract Management by comprehending applicable RBI Directions and was involved in the merger between Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and IndusInd Bank Limited.

Mr. Vipin is a seasoned professional with 10+ years’ of experience. Over the years, he has honed skills in business expansion, building and handling large teams and managing a profitable lending portfolio. Prior to Spandana, Mr. Vipin was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd actively involved in expanding the business in new geographies, setting up of two-wheeler financing, digital collection initiative and cross sale. He holds MBA from IIFM, Bhopal and is a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communication from RGPV, Bhopal.

Mr. Gokulananda Mohanty has over 10 years’ experience in the Microfinance industry. He joined Spandana in 2013 and has grown up the ranks alongwith the organization. Through his tenure at Spandana, he has worked across 10 different states, handled large distribution teams and braced multiple challenges. Mr. Gokulananda has done MBA from GITAM Institute of Management, Vishakhapatnam.

Mr. Amit Raj has over 19 years of leadership experience in the BFSI sector. He has handled large sales force spread across multiple locations in different states in both Microfinance and Life Insurance Industries. Prior to Spandana he was associated with L&T Financial Services, Arohan, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd, HDFC Life, AVIVA Life etc.
